It's been an exciting week! I've made some big changes to the appearance of the game, and I'm really happy with how it's turned out. First and foremost, I made everything look much smoother and less edgy.
I've been working on creating smooth transitions between different terrain types. Now, when you move from grass to road, for example, it doesn't just snap abruptly - there's a nice smooth transition. It's a small detail, but it really helps to make the game world feel more polished and immersive.
Another big addition I've made is a new location - inside of a house. I've created new tiles and objects to fill the interior, and it's been a lot of fun to see it all come together. I've also rebuilt the game map to incorporate all the new changes, and I have to say, it looks a lot prettier now.
As always, there are still some challenges to overcome. But overall, I'm really pleased with the progress I've made this week.
